About PlayWorks Group

small group corporate team building

Looking to connect your employees in more authentic ways? Your search ends here.

What we do:

We design participant-driven engagement for workplaces, meetings, and teams. Our work helps HR pros, leaders, & meeting professionals create meaningful human connection minus the complexity or extra mental load.

Services include speaking and workshops, conference sessions, participatory meeting design, turnkey, custom and DIY team-building experiences, and other engagement tools for teams of all sizes.

When connection is intentionally designed, engagement, innovation, performance and productivity follow.

Since 2002, we have helped organizations create environments where people don’t just attend, but actively engage, connect, and contribute.

Our work sits at the intersection of human behavior, group dynamics, and experience design, helping leaders, HR professionals, and meeting planners foster meaningful connection without starting from scratch.

From team building and participatory meetings to scalable engagement tools, our focus is always the same: remove the heavy lift of design so groups of employees can connect. We've had the opportunity to work with organizations such as Home Depot, Coca-Cola, Pfizer, Cox, Merck, Chick-fil-A, Steelcase, Spanx, NCR, Porsche, and many more, as well as professional associations and organizations across North America.

Well over 95% of our team building clients are repeat or referral, so contact us today and become one of the groups that we play and work with regularly. Share your goals and objectives with us and let us work with you to design the ideal outcomes for your team program.
